BER Rating Hello, looking for a quote to get a new BER cert. My house is a 3bed detached house built in 2004. I am based in Portlaoise. The house was classified as C3 back in 2017. Since than I have changed a boiler done attic insulation, replaced front door and closed the gas fire place. I wonder if that would be enough to get to min BER B3 for a better mortgage rate.

I would like a quote to replace our windows and doors in our home. The home was built in 1990 and looks to have not been upgraded since.
We would like a composite front door, an upgrade to the original patio doors in the living room ( full length window, double doors, window ) to include one of the push all the way open doors. Replace the same style patio doors in the bedroom to the same just better quality. We have 1 large kitchen window, 1 mid size office window, 2 bedroom normal size windows. We need a new back door and a new office door which opens to the outside.

We bought a house in 2016 and it had b3 Ber that time. We need a new cert for changing mortgage interest as it is fixed up to the end of June only. The old Ber is outdated.
Since we bought the house we did some improvements:
-changing windows for triple-glazed
-install porch in front of the main door
-converted attic (well isolated)
House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet (+ converted and isolated attic)
The whole house has 110 sq m + 30 sq m attic
We have a gas boiler
This year's plans:
PV panels 4kw - waiting for installation
changing gas boiler around September
We can not wait up too we finish all of these investments as we are afraid that interest might change badly. We need cert for this whats we have at the moment.
