BER Rating Hello, looking for a quote to get a new BER cert. My house is a 3bed detached house built in 2004. I am based in Portlaoise. The house was classified as C3 back in 2017. Since than I have changed a boiler done attic insulation, replaced front door and closed the gas fire place. I wonder if that would be enough to get to min BER B3 for a better mortgage rate.
