Location: Griffeen Road, Kishoge, Lucan, County Dublin

small area for with artificial grass and small knee height fence. It's for a preschool located in a primary school so looking to keep costs down as if I leave the school I won't get the benefit of it or the money back as I lease the area. , , the approx dimensions are 35ft long x 23 ft wide. Part of the area is path (in photo where sheds are which will be gone) not sure if it's possible to clear current grass area and pack with stone and sand to bring to same level as concrete path and then grass whole area or if the cement path needs to be removed. A wooden fence around the area approx 3/4 ft high.
