My partner and I found

My partner and I found a house we like and now have it 'sale-agreed'. At this stage we would like to engage a structural surveyor to inspect the house on our behalf in order to establish whether there are currently (or likely to be in the future) any issues with the property. It is a second-hand end-of-terrace house built in 2005-2007 in Rush, Co. Dublin. It is the size of 90 sq. m.
