BER Cert We had a B2 rated 3 bed bungalow with double glazing and air to water. We have extended the kitchen and added a two bed granny flat. Added new attic insulation and had the walls pumped and wrapped on the old house. Granny flat is new build. Need BER cert to see if rating has gone up from a B2 now
