BER Cert 2 x provisional ber certs. We require a 1 + 2 bed pre ber cert. What is your lead time + approx price range / estimate?
Need to show how the house will comply with building regulations and the likely rate the dwelling is to achieve. A report shall set out exactly how the dwelling is to be constructed in areas such as design, heating systems, insulation levels, junction details, etc.
The provisional BER shall be valid for a maximum of 2 years. The quote shall not include post-construction final BER.
The quotation provided is to cover the cost of the Pre works Part (L) calculation as below.
Pre-construction for a Part (L) report/calculation to ensure that the building when built meets the requirements of the 2019 Technical Guidance Document Part(L). The report is to include a summary of the proposed insulation, windows, ventilation strategy, the intended heating system using renewables, etc.
