Pest control measures for Rat Infestation at Red Cow Luas Park & Ride. Widespread rat infestation at the Red Cow Luas Park & Ride facility. I have personally observed at least fifty rats, both morning and evening, across various areas of the car park, pedestrian walkways, and adjoining public spaces.

Environmental Health can investigate this complaint. Assuming the land is owned by transdev it would be there responsibility to treat it for rodents. We can clarify this and see what pest control service they have in place.
