Create a pedestrian access link between castle grange estate and oldcastle park - Relating to 120 units affordable, purchase, traveller specific - oldcastle park housing development, which includes pedestrian access between oldcastle and castle grange. Proposer: South Dublin County Council
Something to add to this guys. I recently read articles online about Seven Mills development over beside the Train Station on the Fonthill Road, about insufficient parking ect. Murder going on! Non permit parking going on, in permit holder parking spaces, I work in the construction sector myself out in Shankill, parking is a huge issue out here also!!!!! No front gardens mean very very limited parking for residents. Something to be aware of or another query to be put forward, would there be adequate parking for that development. If not, even pedestrian access to Castlegrange would severely impact our lives and the lives of the children (safety wise) because without doubt new residents WILL park on the streets surrounding the pedestrian access. Food for thought
