Wallpaper stripping in 3 bedrooms and painting.
3 bedrooms (20m2 each) to be painted after the wallpaper is stripped from the walls.
In every room, all walls need to be stripped and then painter. The rooms are regular sizes, and it was papered about 6 years ago. The ceilings are fine, and we do noto paint them. The house is in good condition and steaming machine is allowed to be used.

Interior painting - 2 storey house in Ballsbridge
Need to paint my parents 2 storey house in Ballsbridge, Dublin. We provide the paint and only 1 color to be used (white). The walls are in good condition, NO repairs are needed, and the ceilings need to be painted too.
There 2 bedrooms, living room and hallway with landing and 2 bathrooms. All these rooms are in regular sizes.
Possible woodwork to be done is painting the skirtings, bannisters and 6 doors (2 coats).
If you can do 2 quotes (one without the woodwork and one with), that will help.

Painter 3 bed semi d painted. House has been freshly skimmed so will need to be primed. White on all celings and colour of our choice for the rest of the walls. Doors and skirting boards will need one coat of paint while bannister will need 2 coats. Small bits of filling and sand may be required but will be minimal

I understand painters price includes 1 colour. Additionally we have a small wooden floor area to polish and couple of cupboards to paint. If possible we will like to get some minor electrical works done e.g. replacing swicth board or fixing bulb points. A broken handle fix of a french door. File name has the job description.
