SEAI Grant for solar panels. 5 bed dormer bungalow built 2008. Kedko x wood pellet boiler. Consumming approx 3 Tonnes pellets per year. Also have a stove we burn turf for extra heat,no back boiler. 50 mm cosey board plasterboard all outside walls. Attic rafters also fitted with 70mm insulation foam boards.

a) Cost for a 2hr callout for inspection, report, repair minor fault.

c) Cost per hour for emergency callout out of hours, wknd, bank hols, for d) heat pump servicing
e) Survey cost for potential heat pump installation,
f) Heat pump replace cost, inc electrical services,
g) heat pump system install cost to comply with drawings inc fuse board wiring,

BER Rating We have a 4 bed, 122msquare semi detached home, built 2019, currently rated A3. Air heat pump. We just added solar panels, 20 x 435w, inverter and battery and need it reassessed for SEAI grant. Live in Baltinglass, Co Wicklow.
BER Cert Looking for a provisional BER cert for Green Mortgage application. The pproject has only recently obtained planning so detail design drawings have not yet been developed. I can provide spec/build up for heat loss surfaces though.

Boiler service Hi there my boiler pressure is really low and the flames won't ignite. We are in a 3 bed house and have a Mynute Vokera gas boiler. It is around 15 years old but as we are renting here cheap from my ex (long story) we don't plan on staying here so not intent on replacing the boiler. If we could just get through this winter would be great. I turned the boiler on in December and it worked fine all the rads heated up except the bathroom one. The next day the power came on but the flames would not ignite so no heat. Any info on prices etc would be great. I thought we might make it through the cold months without it but it's freezing.
