BER Cert Hi there. I'm looking to get a BER asap please. The property is a small 2 bed, own door apartment in Belarmine, Stepaside. It has gas central heating (it had a new boiler within the last 2 years to increase energy efficency etc.) and has no extension or conversion. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Many thanks, Colm
BER Cert I would like to have a BER Assessment on my property as i am currently switching my mortgage and would like to avail of a Green Mortgage if possible. I have carried out a number of home improvements over the last few years (External Wall - Internal Isulation with dry lining, New A rated boiler, new heating controls, some new windows and doors, attic insulation, new insulated water tank, TRV's & low energy spots fitted throughout the home).
BER Cert Applying for green mortgage
3 bed semi detached, with kitchen extension
We had work done 3 years ago, extension and new windows and doors, our energy rating was C3 when we bought it, we need an updated one for our mortgage.
BER Cert Hello!
Hope you're doing well.
I have a ground floor 2 bed 1 bath apartment, 60sq.m and would like to get a quote for a new BER certificate. MPRN 10022245296. I plan to sell.
Previously the apartment was issued with E2 BER No.101932622, Energy Performance Indicator:348.14 kWh/m²/yr
Since then I made improvements to the apartment - changed the door, serviced windows, etc
Building constructed in ~2005.
BER Cert I need to get an updated BER cert for my house.
Ive had a solar system installed and I need to get a BER for the grant application.
The house was originally a B1 rating (96.41 kWh/m2/yr) but now has 5.16KW of PV panels on a south facing roof, with a 45 pitch, and no shading.
That is the only change to the house.

BER Cert Hello, 3 bedroom semi-detached house. Build in 1979. Attic not fully isolated. Garage was transformed into a kitchen. With a conservatory, the house is about 120 square m. Windows are mostly double glazed, done in 2003. We have no renewable energy at the moment and the heating system is the original gas boiler.
We are looking to bring the house up to B2 to be able to get a green mortgage by August 2024.
BER Cert The property is a 3 bed end terrace which we're selling. Its has a rear single story extension / no attic conversion. It has energy efficient electric heating and a stove
BER Cert 4 bedroom. Just need the ber cert for a home energy grant for attic insulation. We bought our house in Mar 2022 so have a ber cert from when we bought the house if this helps with the assessment process.
BER Cert Hi, I have just had solar panels installed and only require a BER cert for the SEAI grant. My home was built in 2019 and has a BER cert until December 2018 that was supplied to us by the Builder. We have since had our attic converted and had an Airtightness test carried out on our property to confirm it was still A rated.
We require no energy saving advice etc, as I said the BER is only required for the SEAI grant. Thanks
we just got our attic insulated and need to get a BER now so we can claim our EUR 1500 back from SEAI. 5 Bedroom detached house (1 of these bedrooms is part of an extension). We got some new windows a couple of years ago too, which may affect the energy rating. We have a detached garage behind the house which is not being assessed. Let me know what other details are required and what paperwork I might need for you. I have the grant form from SEAI completed by the company who insulated the attic. Thanks. No rush on the assessment.
BER Cert 2 beds 70sq m in Inchicore. Small extention. End of terrace old cottage recently renovated. Looking at a green energy rate with AIB and whether I can get a B3. All windows excluding one were replaced, this is an old double glaze unit 10+ years, is this likely to affect the required rating. If not I'll need to get a cert.
